Alarming:CTET result

This news forced me to write this.The result of Central Teacher Eligibility Test(CTET) again this year is 2 to 11 %.It is compulsory to pass this exam to be a teacher of 1st to 8th.This test has been conducted since 2011 and since than passing % is very pathetic. The alarming question is this,How can we get quality teacher? What is the standard of B.ed education? The reseaon according to me behind this,Youth are forced to choose to be a teacher,it is not their aspirations. The pressure of unemployment and hunger of starting career as soon as possible attract youth towards this noble profession.To be a teacher is least priority career as compare to other profession for example engineering, doctor,advocate etc. Any aspirant to be a teacher will have to create a sense in him,his role to the nature of beauty of this profession.Mere explain the chapters and solving the problem is not teaching.Teacher teaches through his behaviour,his attitude rather than his verbal communications. If we choose this noble profession, we should mould ourselves towards this profession and we will have to change our perception of life.I would like to more clear this,teacher is not only teacher in his school/college /university,but also every span of his life,he is a teacher. If children are the future of a nation, then teachers are the director, where this future move.Improve in the quality of education can improve the whole nation. At last, I appeal to youth choose any profession, but justify that profession.profession is less important, more important is your height in that profession..
