Itna sa pata mera,
Likh lijiye Hajoor,
umeed hai likhenge aap khat jaroor

Viran chaukhto pe sisakti udasiyan,
lekar kahri hai sham we-waqt -e- seher jahan
                 jaane ko jis gali main thithakti hai roshni,
                 gabhra ke aur jaati hai jis dar se chandni.
is rehgujar se chalkar jara aur thori dur
bus hai mera mukam, kabhi aaiyega jaroor

itna sa pata mera.............

foolon ko khusboo ou se nichora gaya jahan
pankho ko aarjo ou ke tora gaya jahan,,
                  arma justju ke kuchalkar jehre bahar
                  muddat hui yahan se gayi thi wo pichli bar
is rehgujar se chalkar jara aur thori dur
bus hai mera mukam, kabhi aaiyega jaroor

julmat bande mashal liye jiske pahredar
jaale jahan lage hue , uljhan ke be sumar
                     thanhaiyan kabhi na siwa jiske aa saki
                  apne siwa makin ka pata bhi na pa saki,
aaho ki kabra-gah se bas chal kar thori dur
roshan rakhunga jakhme-jigar, aaiye jaroor

bus hai mera mukam, kabhi aaiyega jaroor
